The Carmel Valley Art and Wine Festival was held on a beautiful sunny day Saturday. Laid out in 3 main areas, I needed the map provided in order not to miss anything! I ran into Michael Troutman of DMT Imaging, one of the top-rated photographers around Monterey Bay, whose tagline is “Passionate about your pictures!” Michael really is everywhere.

My favorite jewelry display was Jenn Foreman’s. Jenn and Nelson are the former owners of The Running Iron in the Village. Jenn’s pieces are unique, very colorful, and bold.

Jenn has necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and more.

My favorite local artist, Cecelia Ross Lee, has several pieces at the Lyons Head Gallery. Cecelia is from South Africa. Like Jenn, Cecelia has no fear of using bold colors. Her floral art uses light and texture that is pleasing to the eye; I would never tire of looking at her artwork.
