Keith Severson is not just an ordinary guy. A hard working father of two (grown) children, an avid runner (up before dawn! every day!), talented with a paintbrush, Keith has turned to another passion, cooking. With an Italian mother and a large family, it’s not such a stretch.

Having been invited to several Sunday meals with Keith and his beautiful wife Carleen, I laughed out loud when I saw the name of Keith’s cooking show. But isn’t that perfect? Growing up in the midwest, Sunday dinners were a big deal. They were always earlier in the day, and always more special than weekday meals.  The name “smells like Sunday” brings it all back.

Keith can make any meal, and make any meal better. So for Keith to share his talent is a treat for the rest of us; I just wonder how he finds the time.
