This is a family-friendly, non-alcohol event.  Festivities begin New Year’s Eve at 3 pm at the Pacific Street Stage in Monterey.  First Night supports art education outreach, public appreciation of performing and visual arts; First Night Monterey is pet-free.  This year there are over 30 locations to visit.
